Codex Skin

Codex Skin is an independent third-party theme gallery and companion plugin for the Codex desktop app, available on macOS and Windows. It lets users browse a curated collection of Codex themes and skins, copy a stable six-digit theme ID, and apply a new look directly inside Codex through the free, open-source Codex Skin Plugin. The platform offers both Free and Pro themes, from calm low-stimulation palettes like Forest Focus to high-contrast OLED Night, and emphasizes safety with data-only themes, compatibility checks, and offline restoration of the official Codex interface. Users can switch or restore themes with confidence, making Codex customization simple, reversible, and accessible. The website includes a theme gallery, detailed docs, pricing, and how-it-works guides, and supports both macOS and Windows. It is not affiliated with OpenAI but is designed for the official Codex desktop workspace.
