By accessing or using Newproduct (the "Service") — a curated catalog of AI products and games — you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable minimum age in your country) to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

The Service

The Service is a directory: we host product listings, community votes, and editorial content. Listings are submitted by users and third parties. We do not manufacture, endorse, or guarantee any listed product, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and a listed product's provider.

Accounts

• Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One account per person unless we approve otherwise.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• Do not impersonate others or create accounts to manipulate votes or rankings.

Submitting Listings

When you submit a listing, you confirm that:

• You own the product or have the right to submit it on behalf of the owner.
• All information is accurate, not misleading, and kept up to date.
• The product complies with the law and does not infringe third-party rights.

You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, promote, and distribute the listing (including its name, description, and images) on the Service and in our marketing. You keep all other rights in your content.

We may review, edit, reject, or remove any listing at any time, with or without notice, including listings that receive reports or appear to mislead users. Submitting a basic listing is free; paid features are governed by the "Paid Services" section below.

Prohibited Content

Listings must not promote or contain: illegal products or services, malware or hacking tools, infringing content, adult content, gambling, deceptive AI claims, fake reviews, or anything else that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Voting and Community Conduct

Votes should reflect genuine experience. You may not use bots, multiple accounts, paid vote schemes, or any other manipulation to inflate or suppress a product's ranking. We may reset manipulated votes and suspend the accounts involved.

Paid Services

• Paid features (such as featured placement or promotion) are billed in advance as described at checkout.
• Prices may change; changes apply to future purchases.
• Promotion does not guarantee traffic, votes, or sales results.
• Payments are non-refundable after the promotional period starts, except where required by law or stated otherwise at checkout.

Intellectual Property

The Service's design, branding, code, and editorial content belong to us. User-submitted content belongs to its respective owners, subject to the license above. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact us at support@newproduct.app and we will review it promptly.

Third-Party Products and Links

The Service links to third-party websites and products. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Access them at your own risk, and review their own terms and privacy policies.

Acceptable Use

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of listings, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, or any product listed on it.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where we are established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country provide otherwise.
