BeforePaws

BeforePaws is a heartfelt AI-powered platform dedicated to giving rescue pets a gently imagined earlier chapter. For pet parents who adopted their dogs or cats in adulthood, it transforms a single adult photograph into a plausible, recognizable puppy or kitten portrait—not a novelty filter, but a thoughtfully crafted keepsake that honors the missing years. The platform emphasizes identity preservation: markings, eye color, face shape, and ears remain consistent. Users can choose between dog-to-puppy or cat-to-kitten paths, and even create memorial portraits for those who have passed. The service operates on a pay-what-you-want model with no subscription, ensuring the emotional value is decided by the user. It prioritizes privacy: images are kept private, never in a public gallery, and expire after a set period. With a focus on rescue families, BeforePaws bridges the gap between past and present, offering a unique way to celebrate the bond with pets who came into our lives from unknown beginnings.
