RepostViewer

RepostViewer is a free, browser-based TikTok repost viewer designed to help users browse the public repost videos associated with any TikTok account by entering only a username. Positioned as a lightweight, no-login utility, it focuses exclusively on publicly available repost data, making it a practical alternative to installing third-party apps or browser extensions. The target audience includes social media researchers, curious followers, content curators, marketers, and everyday users who want to rediscover a video they saw reposted, understand the type of content a public account shares, or check context before opening TikTok. Core features include a single-field lookup that accepts usernames with or without the leading @, retrieval of the first available batch of up to 21 public reposts, result cards showing cover images, original author details, descriptions, and engagement metrics where available, inline video playback when media links remain valid, direct links to the original TikTok posts, and CSV export of the returned batch. A companion TikTok Comment Viewer lets visitors paste a public video URL to browse comments, extending the site's utility. Content is presented cleanly with tooltips and step-by-step guidance, emphasizing transparency about limitations—missing fields are labeled unavailable rather than guessed, and the site clearly states that it cannot access private, removed, or restricted reposts. User experience is optimized for both mobile and desktop browsers with no installation, account creation, or TikTok sign-in required, and the interface uses a simple three-step workflow. Technically, RepostViewer relies on an upstream public data provider and TikTok's own media servers, so availability depends on network conditions, rate limits, and the provider's status. It does not store lookup history and is not affiliated with TikTok, making it a focused, privacy-conscious tool for public repost exploration.
